台灣在北美有沒有交情呢? 國與國之間有協助嗎?

檯面下應該是有的。有公民的話，就應拿沒轍，就像王又曾。但是說有加拿大永久居留證件，又提出難民，這看起來就很怪。。。  如果提出難民申請是真，那我認為應該沒有身份了，被送回台就有很高機會。繼續看下去。。。
