這名黑人軍官被警察攔下來臨檢，他全程配合警察的所有要求，但是他被警察這樣玩，被大吼大叫、噴了胡椒噴劑、槍口下壓在地上，最後警察編不出罪名於是讓他走了。總之這些措施都是完全沒必要，他現在正向法庭提出警察濫權的訴訟中。
