印媒：中印在邊境線多次沖突後，印度在拉達克東部的65個巡邏哨所，被中國搶了26個


據《印度教徒報》報道，在3500公里有爭議的喜馬拉雅山脈邊界沿線，印度與主要對手中國持續對峙。上周，在首都新德里（New Delhi）舉行的年度警察局長會議上，印度警方提交了一份研究報告顯示，印度安全部隊在拉達克（Ladakh）東部65個巡邏點中失去了26個。

目前，從喀喇昆侖山口到楚摩村，有65個巡邏點 (PP)由ISF(印度安全部隊)定期巡邏。在65個巡邏點中，由于ISF(印度安全部隊)的巡邏限制或沒有巡邏，我們在26個巡邏點中消失了（即第 5-17、24-32、37、51、52、62 號巡邏點）。

後來，中國迫使我們接受這樣一個事實，因爲這些地區長期以來都沒有看到過印度安全部隊或平民的存在，所以中國人出現在這些地區。這導致印度安全部隊控制下的邊界向印度一側轉移，並在所有這些區域創建緩沖區，最終導致印度失去對這些地區的控制。解放軍這種逐寸搶地的戰術被稱爲“切香腸，”報道稱。

Presently, there are 65 PPs starting from Karakoram pass to Chumur which are to be patrolled regularly by the ISFs (Indian Security Forces). Out of 65 PPs, our presence is lost in 26 PPs (i.e. PP no. 5-17, 24-32, 37, 51,52,62) due to restrictive or no patrolling by the ISFs.

Later on, China, forces us to accept the fact that, as, such areas have not seen the presence of ISFs or civilians since long, the Chinese were present in these areas. This leads to a shift in the border under control of ISFs towards Indian side and a buffer zone is created in all such pockets which ultimately leads to loss of control over these areas by India. This tactic of PLA to grab land inch-by-inch is known as Salami Slicing,” stated the report.
