可打行政訴訟，但無法拖，行政訴訟最多只有二審，很快就會定案，且贏的機率幾乎等於零。她打得贏，代表法院認證，中國人可以隨意在台灣散佈武統言論，哪個法官敢扛這個壓力？如果你是法官，你敢嗎？
更不用說還要律師費，有沒有律師敢接都還不一定，敢接的律師也不可能便宜收費，可能給你五十萬、百萬起跳。
