我10年之前也是瘋慢跑步到後面走路一腳裸會有聲音,之後又復胖就知這沒鳥用就不那樣跑了。現在六日就小慢跑幾圈操場就不跑了,純靠飲食控制還比較有用。
健不健康首看心態。神經大條或極度自我中心到可以阻斷焦慮,很多沒啥運動但其實都活滿久。那些隱形的多巴胺、粒腺體相關才是身體修復主要因素。
