現在瞬間人口結構變化, 是要怎麼救?

人口結構變化也不會瞬間影響房價，真正的事實可能是本來就沒有那多人。。 
台灣人口比20年前我入社會時多，但現在我走在路上根本沒感覺人多，比上2008-2012波谷底還少，和2000更不能比。經濟熱絡時一個人一天可能會跑攤多地，給人人多的假象。西台灣走的就是類似台灣第一次起飛那波。台灣那時跑攤應該是全民運動，印象當時周末常吃餐廳。
