我發現ImmortalWrt 24.10并未預設啟用 BBR (Bottleneck Bandwidth and Round-trip propagation time)，我照著谷歌AI 3 Flash建議才裝好BBR！

將ISP牌定速率乘0.75（下載）乘以1000，或乘0.75（上傳)乘以1000，分別得到上傳速度、下載速度，填入規則中。
原則用Cake、layer_cake.qos （piece_of_cake.qos在我家效果不佳）
