這批國安日報的日期從1998年2月開始，一路涵蓋到2001年911事件發生隔日，主要追溯美國情報單位當時關於賓拉登及基地組織的情況，當時就已經發出針對美國本土潛在的襲擊、可能的劫機事件，以及持續恐怖計畫的警告。

.........不過文件上一堆redact，這算哪門子解密？！
