I agree with this, most of dvds I bought at stores here at Toronto have security devices inside of the cases. The dvds would be brand new as usual, but sometimes both the packagings and security devices are very hard to get them off unless I use something other than my hands...

I have found that some chain stores actually take off the packaging, put in security device, then repackage the DVD. In addition, the stickers are for storage purposes only so I have picked up some DVDs without the stickers. When I open up the DVD, it is brand new, so there is no complaint there.
