可口可樂公司終於決定暫停『多元化』計畫： https://nypost.com/2021/05/04/coca-...lawyer-resigns/ Coca-Cola pauses aggressive diversity plan after chief lawyer resigns 這個計畫規範接他們case的外頭法律事務所，要跟可口可樂公司做生意，要至少有30%的工時是來自『多元化』律師，一半左右的工時是來自黑人律師。該計畫的總設計師突然辭職不幹，繼任的人現在正在重新審視這個計畫。這樣的計畫內容不免讓人疑惑，不就違反了1964年民權法案裡頭相關的條文，雇者不得因種族而有差別待遇。
