如果海關是看通關日，誰管你何時下單購買？

還是怪怪的，都說建築中心放水，避難逃生沒重議，直接送件進都審，要審查救災動線?前面都有問題了，後面怎麼會對?還是建築中心放水只是讓它插隊快速通過?內容是合格的?
