司法部特別調查員杜倫John Durham經過兩年多調查後，終於向大陪審團提出申請，起訴一個民主黨陣營的律師Michael Sussmann，說他隱瞞自己是希婆陣營律師的身分，提供假的訊息去跟調查局告密說川普通俄：
