從法理及實務上來説在陪審團投票之前確實可以撤銷罪名, 依法辦案，謝謝指教！  畢竟陪審團是針對各項罪名逐一表決，并不是說一項不成立就全部不成立。 重罪門檻高，換成輕罪門檻就低很多, 尤其很多罪名輕重的條件可能是纍加的。
