所以郵寄投票同樣不可靠，還是選舉日乖乖去排隊相對來説最可靠。 我今年在實驗用電子投票，不過佛州的規定說如果用電子郵件投票(FVAP傳真投票的進化）就代表自願放棄秘密投票 （waive the right to secret ballot), 雖然我在想我如果郵寄選票回去結果其實也一樣。 我的名字跟地址就在信封上，COVER SHEET上也有，傷腦筋。 美國大選提前投票開跑 各州制度為何？有哪些優缺點？
